Send security issues directly to security@pollenware.com. Please encrypt your information with our public key and conversely provide us with a secure way to reply.
Tracking and disclosing security issues
Pollenware collaborates with security experts to stay up-to-date with the most modern data and network security techniques. If you have discovered a security problem please let us know. When you submit your report, Pollenware will:
- Acknowledge receipt of your report.
- Inform you of the optimal method for tracking the status of your issue.
- Investigate the issue and assess impact.
- If warranted, post a security update and give credit for the discovery.
